Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape measure horizontal.

Length
Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem.
Pro tip: Have someone help for accuracy
Sleeve
For short sleeves: shoulder seam to sleeve hem. For long sleeves: center back neck to wrist.

Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.
